Consultant ENT Surgeon
Mr Winson Wong completed undergraduate training at LeedsMedical School with subsequent ENT specialist training in Yorkshire. He was awarded a prestigious National TrainingInterface Fellowship in head and neck surgical oncology. He supplemented hishead and neck training with an observership at Prince of Wales Hospital, HongKong and the Royal Marsden Hospital, London
Winson was appointed as a substantive Consultant atHull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust in 2018. He is committed to teaching and is thetraining lead for the department. He is passionate about innovation andresearch. Winson is the transoral robotic lead for his hospital as well asinvolving number of translational research projects. He is the co-author of theOropharyngeal Cancer section in the 2024 UK Head and Neck Cancer Management Guideline.
His special interests are benign and malignancy(cancer) lump / condition in the head and neck but also provide general ENTservices.
