Patient contacts our team with a brief description of their symptoms. All responses are addressed within 2 hours of the enquiry and will be answered within the hours of 8am - 5pm between Monday and Friday.
Within 48 hours, our private services team will then book an appointment at a convenient time for you. This can be a face to face or telephone appointment with our Gastroenterologists, Dr Mohammed or Dr Kapur.
The patient will then attend our Thorpe Park Clinic or receive a call from our Gastroenterologists on the specified date and time. During the consultation they will assess your symptoms and determine the most suitable treatment. If a scope procedure (e.g., Colonoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, Gastroscopy) is required, an internal referral can be completed. We will aim to book this appointment at our Thorpe Park Clinic within a week.
Following any tests or procedures completed, all results will be sent back to the Gastroenterologists who will determine whether a follow up appointment to discuss your results or any further treatment is required.
