An ingrown toenail happens when one of your toenails grows into and pierces the skin at the sides of your nail. Patient contacts our team with a brief description of their symptoms. All responses are addressed within 2 hours of the enquiry and will be answered within the hours of 8am - 5pm between Monday and Friday.
The patient will then attend our Thorpe Park Clinic on the specified date and time. During the consultation he will assess the skin condition and determine the most suitable treatment.
After the consultation, an appointment will be booked by our private services team for your procedure. This will also take place at our Thorpe Park Clinic.
Following any tests or procedures completed, all results will be sent back to Ian Smith who will determine whether a follow up appointment to discuss your results or any further treatment which may be required.

Before attending your first appointment, you should contact your insurance company to check that that your condition is covered for all stages of treatments.
You will need to visit your GP and ask them to refer you to The LivingCare Group at Thorpe Park Clinic for a private procedure. Your GP will write a letter of referral and then either you or your GP can contact us to arrange your first appointment.
