Cancer screening helps diagnose cancer or signs of cancer, even before symptoms show.
Our cancer screening services provide detailed images of tissues, organs, and structures. We also offer simple blood tests that detect signs of cancer early.
MRI scans use powerful magnets and radio waves to capture detailed, non-invasive images of the body's internal structures. This makes MRI an invaluable tool for cancer screening, as it allows doctors to detect even small abnormalities in organs, soft tissues, and other areas that could indicate the presence of cancer.
Trucheck is a simple blood test that screens for circulating tumour cells and clusters, which are released by malignant tumours. By detecting these early indicators of cancer, before symptoms appear, Trucheck can help identify cancer at its earliest stages when treatment is most effective. The test is recommended for those with elevated cancer risk factors.
Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men. Using prostate screening such as PSA blood tests, examinations, scans, and biopsy, we can detect this cancer type before symptoms show. We offer a choice of non-invasive procedures for prostate screening, as well as a physical biopsy that can reveal any anomalies.
Ultrasound imaging uses high-frequency sound waves to create real-time pictures of the body's internal structures. This non-invasive, radiation-free technology is commonly used for cancer screening, as it can help identify tumors or other abnormalities in organs, muscles, and tissues throughout the body.
We offer quick access to cancer screening services, including MRI, Trucheck blood tests, ultrasounds, and prostate screening. Our tests can help detect cancer earlier so you can get the right course of treatment sooner.
Our healthcare team understands the cancers these screening tests may detect. They get to know you and your medical history properly, to provide a high-quality, caring service from screening to aftercare.

You don’t need to have cancer symptoms to have a screening test. Cancer screenings are used to detect cancer or to prevent it. Early detection gives you the best chance of treating or preventing cancer effectively.
After your screening, you will receive the results. If you need further tests, we will arrange these for you. If your test returns normal, you don’t need to do anything until the next screening.
The screening tests are considered low risk. However, the screening test might suggest cancer when you don’t have it, making you feel unnecessarily anxious. If the results show what’s known as ‘cancer markers’, you may need more tests, which could have side effects. Finally, screening might not detect your cancer and show a false negative result – our practitioners will advise you on the best course of action based on the facts. Regardless of the result, you will be well cared for before, during and after your screening.
