At your appointment
A Physiotherapist will listen to your symptoms and any relevant medical history. They will then observe how you move and use their hands to find areas in the body that are weak, tender, restricted, or strained.
Physiotherapists will observe your movements, provide manual therapy, give general advice, and offer exercises to improve health and mobility.
Your appointment will last 30-60 minutes.
After your appointment
Physiotherapy shouldn’t usually be painful, but it may involve the movement of injured and strained areas of your body. The next day, you may feel muscle soreness or stiffness. Your Physiotherapist will let you know if you’re likely to have any pain and how to manage it.

Aftercare and Follow-Up
If you require any further tests, treatments, or reviews, we will refer you and take care of the booking process. If you need a copy of your report or images, please contact us, and we can arrange this.
